MILL COTTAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
The required deposit must be sent with the completed Booking Form. No booking is deemed to have been made until the deposit has been paid and received. Once your booking has been accepted, you become liable for the rental for the whole of the period you have booked.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel your holiday, the deposit will not be refunded.
The balance of the rental is required to be paid 8 weeks before the commencement of the booking period and failure to pay by then may result in your booking being cancelled. If it is, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel your booking we will endeavour to re-let the cottage. If successful and you have paid the balance of the rental, we will refund the balance (but not the deposit) to you. If we are not successful, no refund will be made. If you have not paid the balance of the rental and you cancel, you remain liable for the balance for the whole of the period you have booked in the event that we are unable to re-let. You are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover any loss.
